These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the ECW Ecosystem Platform ("Platform"), developed and operated by Elite Coatings Waterproofing, Inc. ("ECW", "we", "our", or "us").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.

ECW Ecosystem Platform is a private business platform developed exclusively for the operational management of Elite Coatings Waterproofing, Inc.

The Platform integrates business workflows including, but not limited to:

• Customer Management 
• Estimating 
• Change Orders 
• Project Management 
• Work Orders 
• Human Resources 
• Document Management 
• Reporting 
• QuickBooks Online Integration 
• Future business applications and services 

The Platform is intended solely for authorized business use and is not offered as a public software service.

Access to the Platform is restricted to authorized employees, contractors, consultants, and approved representatives of Elite Coatings Waterproofing, Inc.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities performed under their accounts.

The Platform may connect with authorized third-party services, including QuickBooks Online and other business applications, using secure authentication methods.

Users authorize the Platform to exchange only the information necessary to perform approved business functions.

No third-party credentials are stored in plain text.

Users agree to use the Platform only for legitimate business purposes.

Users shall not:

• Attempt unauthorized access. 
• Interfere with system security. 
• Modify or reverse engineer the Platform. 
• Upload malicious software. 
• Use the Platform for unlawful activities. 

The ECW Ecosystem Platform, including its software, source code, databases, workflows, documentation, reports, and related materials, is the exclusive property of Elite Coatings Waterproofing, Inc.

No rights are granted to reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercialize any portion of the Platform without prior written authorization.

While ECW strives to maintain continuous availability, the Platform may occasionally become unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance 
• System upgrades 
• Security updates 
• Network interruptions 
• Third-party service outages 
• Emergency maintenance 

ECW does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Platform processes information entered by authorized users and synchronized from approved third-party services.

Users remain responsible for reviewing and verifying business information before making financial, operational, or contractual decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Elite Coatings Waterproofing, Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.

ECW reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate user access at any time for operational, administrative, security, or legal reasons.

Upon termination, user credentials may be immediately revoked.

ECW may update these Terms periodically.

Updated versions become effective upon publication on this page.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
